Through our International Industrial EHS, Automated Process Engineering, and Industrial Automation and Process Control experience, we have found that our influences can be enhanced through mindfulness and practices of building trust, credibility, and rapport in cross-cultural settings. This has included the capability to influence within our own teams and outside of our cultural boundaries.
Our International Industrial EHS, Automated Process Engineering and Industrial Automation and Process Control consultation influence has increased through practices of listening, clarifying cultural behaviors and performance, closing cultural gaps and creating a dialogue that foster insights and transformation of the relationships between international team members. The personal and professional relationships formed with those from other cultures have had a tremendous effect on the assurance, quality, and accuracy of the services that Global Tek Industries has provided at home and overseas.
